The Role
We’re looking for an Office Administrator to join our team and help keep our workplace running smoothly and efficiently for our Beverly Hills office. In this role, you’ll support daily office operations, coordinate administrative activities, and ensure a professional and organized environment for both employees and visitors.

What You’ll Do
Support day-to-day office operations and ensure everything runs efficiently
Coordinate schedules, meetings, and office logistics
Manage office supplies and vendor coordination
Serve as the first point of contact for visitors and incoming calls
Maintain a clean, organized, and professional office environment
Provide administrative support to team members and leadership as needed
Run occasional office errands and assist with off-site tasks as required
What We’re Looking For
Strong organizational and multitasking skills
Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
Ability to work independently and stay proactive
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
2+ years of office or administrative experience preferred
Bilingual in English and Chinese (Mandarin)
Must have a valid driver’s license, access to a reliable vehicle, and be comfortable running occasional errands

Compensation & Benefits:
Competitive salary $65K‑$75K (depending on experience).
