Job Description:

We're looking for a versatile and skilled Software Engineer with experience in Computer Vision and Natural Language Processing to join our team. In this role, you will play a vital role in shaping our game's AI experience and enhancing its visual capabilities through cutting-edge technology and innovative approaches.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design, develop, and maintain the AI system within our game, leveraging expertise in Natural Language Processing (NLP) algorithms, model engineering, and prompt engineering technology.

  • Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to integrate advanced AI language models seamlessly into our game, enhancing functionality and performance.

  • Develop and implement computer vision algorithms to analyze landscape images, extract relevant features, and optimize decision-making processes within the game.

  • Train machine learning models using open-source libraries and deep learning frameworks to improve the accuracy and efficiency of computer vision systems.

  • Conduct research to explore new approaches and methodologies for AI and computer vision applications, contributing to ongoing innovation within the team.

  • Test and validate models using real-world data to ensure robust performance and user satisfaction.

  • Provide technical expertise and guidance to team members on AI, NLP, and computer vision techniques and methodologies.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree or higher in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, or a related field.

  • 5+ years of programming experience with a minimum of 2 years of relevant working experience in NLP models, prompt engineering, or conversational AI.

  • Proven experience deploying NLP models in a production environment and collaborating with software engineering teams on AI-related projects.

  • Solid foundation in computer science and mathematics, with familiarity with various data structures and algorithms.

  • Proven experience in computer vision, machine learning, and deep learning.

  • Familiarity with open-source libraries and frameworks such as TensorFlow, PyTorch, or OpenCV.

  • Proficiency in programming languages such as C/C++, Python, or Java.

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

  • Excellent communication and collaboration abilities, with a passion for gaming and a strong sense of responsibility.

  • Experience with game AI-related development and/or using engines such as Unreal Engine or Unity Engine is a plus.

  •  Published papers and contributions to open-source projects related to large language models are highly desirable.


Compensation:

Salary Range: $115,000 - $145,000 per year Exact base pay will depend on your skills, qualifications, and experience.
