Snail Games USA is a global leader in the gaming industry, renowned for creating immersive and innovative gaming experiences. Our Publishing Marketing squad plays a crucial role in launching multiformat campaigns for our expanding AAA and Indie portfolio.

Position Summary: We are seeking an experienced Marketing Manager with a gamer mindset to join our marketing team. This role is pivotal in coordinating and executing game marketing campaigns, managing timelines and budgets, and ensuring seamless communication across all teams involved. The ideal candidate is a strategic thinker with a strong background in both marketing project management.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Supporting the Creative Marketing Director + Senior Creative Producer in planning, executing, and overseeing marketing campaigns, ensuring alignment with strategy, goals, and objectives.
  • Facilitate cross-functional marketing teams, ensuring effective communication and collaboration (creative, development, publicity, operations, legal, etc) including translating with Chinese partners. 
  • Develop and maintain project budgets and timelines, ensuring on-time and on-budget delivery.
  • Identify potential project risks and develop strategies to mitigate them.
  • Monitor campaign performance, providing detailed reports to stakeholders.
  • Serve as the primary internal point of contact for all marketing project-related communications.

Qualifications:

  • Bi-lingual in Chinese (Mandarin) preferred.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
  • 5+ years of experience in project management within a marketing environment.
  • Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Proficiency in project management tools (e.g., Microsoft Project, Trello, Asana).
  • Excellent leadership and communication skills.
  • Must be able to work onsite in Beverly Hills.

Compensation:

Salary: $85,000 to $100,000 annually, based on experience and qualifications.
